ATG is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services
(UK) Ltd. Going forward, the Company will now change its name to trade as BIS ATG.

We will remain the same effective and responsive organisation that has served our customers for the last 27 years, but now with access to the considerable financial and support resources of the Bilfinger Berger Group. Over time, we would like to explore opportunities in providing customers with efficiency savings and risk reductions through the provision of integrated solutions.
